RETURNS & REFUNDS
There are two ways in which you can proceed:
1. You can return the item with a shipping service of your choice that permits to trace the return. You have 14 days from the date you have received the package to ship the product and notify us. All return costs will be a customer expense, included any import tax for EXTRA CEE customers. We will refund you when the package will arrive to us, shipping costs and customs fees are excluded.
2. You can contact us, within 14 days from the date you have received the package, and we will arrange the return with our shipping service. We will send you our courier to pick up the item. Pack the goods you wish to return in their original packaging and do not remove any security tag or original labels on the product. We will only accept the goods if the original packaging is not damage, and with all the original labels and tags. We will deduct from the final refund the shipping cost that depends on the country from which you are returning the item. All return costs will be a customer expense, included any import tax for EXTRA CEE customers.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
We will refund you when the package will be here to us, shipping costs and customs fees are excluded. American Customers from 10/03/2016 under the law: H.R.1907 - Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 -114th Congress (2015-2016), do not pay any import tax up to a total expenditure of $ 800.00
For return and refund follow this steps:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the “Order ID”, First Name and Last Name, and explain why you would like the return/refund.
- Tell us if you want to proceed with a courier of your choice or with ours DHL. Prepare the package and stick the pre-printed courier labels.
- Send the pack of goods at following address:

The returns costs will be borne by the final consumer.
Upon receipt of the goods, the seller verify the integrity of the items received within the parameters of acceptance mentioned above. The seller reserves the right to refuse: returns communicated or sent back after 14 working days, or damaged items, or items returned in conditions different from how they were received. The Seller will communicate the acceptance of the return by email within 14 days from receipt of the goods. After this communication, The Seller will return to the customer of the sums paid at time of purchase, excluded shipping costs.
The refund depends on the payment method selected when you purchased:
- Bank: will ask the bank at which the bank transfer of rebate of the amount paid.
If replacement of an article, Fashiontamers will send the customer the requested article. Shipping costs for replacements are charged to the customer.
